Drainage of Liver Hydatid Cyst by ERCP

Abstract:

Forty five year old female patient, with the diagnosis of liver hydatid cyst has admitted to our department after ineffective percutanous drainage with complaints of fever and upper right quadrant pain with  leukocytosis, hyperbilirubinemia and elongated liver enzymes. Hydatid cyst that has connection with intrahepatic bile ducts has been fully drained by ERCP.
